The designation, position, and tasks of a DPO within an organization are described in Articles 37, 38, and 39 of the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

"GDPR": Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

"Personal Data": any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly by reference to an identifier. Personal data in relation to the Service includes data of our Website Visitors, Users, and Customers, as well as data entrusted to us by Users and Customers for processing.
